Bumble the Bard in Camelot

Hey, Mythic!

I'm a
Highlander
minstrel...
Bumble So where
are my
Bagpipes!

Spell name: Song of spell inhibition
Type: pulsing chant (bagpipes)
Target: area effect around caster
Range: 1000
Effect: enemy cloth casters within range are rendered unable to cast, due to being forced to clap their hands over their ears to block out the noise. Fighters, rogues and healer types are unaffected because of the protection afforded by their helmets. Friendly casters are unaffected because they have become accustomed to the noise and/or they have taken the precaution of stuffing their ears with cotton wool.
